	Coastside Young Actors Workshop Creative Theater for and by Kids

After-school Classes

The Young Actors Workshop classes meet once per week after school at Coastside locations in Half Moon Bay and El Granada. Teacher/Director Kevin North leads the students in improvisational "Theater Games," through which students learn fundamentals of acting and develop their skills, while having fun. The students use what they learn along with longtime YAW Director Auri Naggar's technique of "Guided Improvisation" to create the original theatrical productions that they present to the commmunity.

Tuition for the Fall Session (September - November 2011: includes Pumpkin Festival Haunted House Performance) is $250.

Tuition for Winter/Spring session (December, 2011 - May 2012: includes Performances of Original Student Created Play and Cast Party) is $500.

Limited financial aid is available based on need.
